Seven Flavors Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients:   2 sticks butter 3 cups of sugar ½ cup cooking oil 5 eggs 1 cup milk 3 cups flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp each of the following: Bickford Flavors  Lemon Flavor Rum Flavor Pure Vanilla Orange Flavor Coconut Flavor Pineapple Flavor Butter Flavor   Directions:   With mixer, combine butter and oil. Green Beans with Parsley and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients: 1 lb green beans, stem ends trimmed 4 tsp olive oil ⅛ tsp Bickford Garlic Flavor 2 tsp Bickford Lemon Flavor 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley   Directions: In a large pot of boiling salted water cook green beans until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes and drain.  In same pot, heat 2 tsp oil over medium-low heat. Add Bickford Garlic Flavor and heat about 2 minutes. Return beans to pot.  Add Bickford Lemon Flavor, remaining 2 tsp oil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, tossing to coat. Serve immediately. Pear Salad with Black Raspberry Creamy Dressing Recipe

Strawberry Milk Shake Recipe

Ingredients:  ½ pint fresh strawberries 2 large bananas 1 ¼ cup soyagen powder 1 cup cool water ½ to ¾ cup maple syrup 2 tsp Bickford Strawberry Flavor 1 tsp Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor 2 tsp Bickford Lemon Flavor 2 cups crushed ice   Directions: Remove stems from strawberries and rinse.  Chop strawberries and bananas into medium chunks, place on separate pieces of wax paper and freeze. Add soyagen powder, water and flavors to blender and set on “stir”.  Remove fruit from freezer and add to mixture. Add ice and set speed on “puree” until smooth.
