Mint Cream Brownie Recipe

  Ingredients:   ½ cup butter 4 eggs 1-1/4 cup chocolate syrup 1 cup white sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking powder   Directions:   Mix ingredients and pour into a 15”x10”x1” greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill in refrigerator completely. Italian Anise Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:   Dough ¾ cup sugar 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted 2 large eggs ¼ cup milk 1 teaspoon Bickford Anise Flavor 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt Decoration: multicolored nonpareils Glaze (recipe follows) Heat oven to 325o F. Coat baking sheets(s) with nonstick spray. Dough: Beat sugar, butter, eggs, milk and Bickford Anise Flavor in a large bowl with mixer until blended. Homemade Roasted Nut Recipe

Ingredients:   1 egg white 2 tbs. water 2 ½ cups dry roasted, unsalted nuts ½ cup whole almonds ¾ cup sugar 2 tbs. Bickford Toffee Flavor 2 tbs. Bickford Cinnamon Flavor 1 ½ tsp. salt Directions:   Combine all ingredients to coat nuts. Place in a single layer on a slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
