Candied Popcorn

Ingredients:  12 cups popped popcorn 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 (3 oz.) package unflavored gelatin 2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Toffee (or flavor of choice) Directions: Heat oven to 300º F. Line large shallow roasting pan with heavy foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil.  Pour popcorn into prepared pan. Keep warm in oven.  Combine sweetened condensed milk, toffee flavor and dry gelatin in medium saucepan. Natural Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:   14 oz. sweetened condensed milk 16 oz. milk of choice (whole, 2%, etc.) 2 tsp. Bickford Pure Vanilla (or Bickford Flavors of your choice)   Directions:   In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk together.  Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.    Pour desired amount into your morning coffee and enjoy!

Homemade Roasted Nut Recipe

Ingredients:   1 egg white 2 tbs. water 2 ½ cups dry roasted, unsalted nuts ½ cup whole almonds ¾ cup sugar 2 tbs. Bickford Toffee Flavor 2 tbs. Bickford Cinnamon Flavor 1 ½ tsp. salt Directions:   Combine all ingredients to coat nuts. Place in a single layer on a slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
