Peanut Butter Creams Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 lb. Butter
  • 3 lbs. Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Bickford’s Pure Vanilla
  • 2 bags mini chocolate chips

 

Directions:

 


Cream butter and peanut butter together with mixer until well blended. Add vanilla and blend. Gradually add powdered sugar until all combined. Hand mix in chocolate chips. Scoop onto parchment paper or into mini cupcake or chocolate wrappers. Chill until firm.
